Does the sample post real replies?
No. Reviews, replies, requests and recognition are fictional browser-session records. Nothing is posted to Google, texted or added to payroll.
Do we need a connected Google profile?
Connected Google Business Profiles are needed for live review import and replies. The sample does not connect any accounts.
Are request clicks guaranteed reviews?
No. A scan or click is an event, not proof that a customer published a review. Request tracking distinguishes those steps from matched feedback.
Can customers stop reminders?
Opt-outs stop follow-ups. Request timing and quiet hours are company preferences, with SMS delivery depending on the configured service.
