Questions
What counts as a seat?
Any person with an active login, counted once even if they work in several of your companies. Deactivate someone and the seat frees up on your next bill.
Can I run more than one company?
Yes, as many as you like on the same subscription. Each company keeps its own books, customers and settings; you switch between them at the top of the screen.
Do I pay extra for modules?
No. Everything is included and the owner turns each app on or off per company.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your billing page. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current month.
Who can see my data?
Only the people you invite. Your company is private and our team has no access unless you send a support request from inside your admin area.
