Delete your account

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account, name, email, phone number, password and profile photo.
• Your notification devices, so the app stops sending you alerts.
• Your saved preferences, assistant history and personal settings.

What your employer keeps

If you were invited into a company workspace, that company owns its business records — time punches, expenses, receipts, invoices, projects and job photos. Employers are legally required to keep payroll and accounting history, so those records stay with the company with your name shown as the person who entered them. To have those changed or removed, ask that company's owner or administrator.

How long it takes

We confirm every request by email to the address on the account. Deletion is completed within 30 days. Records we must keep for tax, legal or audit reasons are retained for the period the law requires and then removed.
